Hi Duane,

You're right about the vintage, serial numbers beginning with F4 
followed by 5 digits were made in 1984.  That makes it technically a 
"Concert II" since the original Concert was discontinued in 1965.

I'm no expert but I'd say the re-issued black face model from the early 
80's would be worth about $500, based on the postings from others at 
http://www.harmony-central.com/Guitar/Data/Fender/Concert_2x12_Combo-1.html

These are often referred to as "Rivera" amps, after designer Paul Rivera 
brought back the 60's look and they're nice amps.   But the original 
Fenders with black control panels and black Tolex were only made between 
1963 and 1967 and draw premium prices of 2-4 times that of the later 
re-issues.
