Roy,

You need to move closer to your old blind buddy and help put together some of
this stuff for him to test for you - I drooled all over myself reading this
post!

Michael,

I, too am interested in Lowthers.

I have corresponded with the fellow at the US distributor and he send me
email addresses for a few folks who use them. Two replied to my request for
experience and advice.. they rave about them.

I am searching for someone who will invite me to listen to them here in the
DC area. Then I would likely buy the drivers and make the
enclosures. Following the construction of the speakers, I would build some
push-pull single ended triode amplfiers. I have both the tubes and a couple
of vintage output transformers that are just right for the job.

Have you ever heard any Lowthers?

Roy
