[PARC] Field Day 2024

To all PARC Members;

We are excited to announce Field Day 2024 @ New Hall Park (701 Lock St.
Peterborough).


   -

   First Start of Setup (installing ropes) Friday at 9AM.
   -

   Start of Setup on Saturday 8AM.
   -

   Event Starts 2PM Saturday.
   -

   Tear Down Starts 2PM Sunday.


Please come give a hand and if you cannot please feel free to stop by.  If
you are going to be participating in person the city requires you fill out
a waver which is attached.

Please email your waver to John DeLagran (john.delagran at gmail.com) or you
can fill it out in person the day of.

For those of you who cannot make it in person there has been a virtual
check-in setup via google meet which will run the whole event:

A Note About Safety:

If there is a thunderstorm during the event, all power will be immediately
shut down, antennas will be disconnected, and equipment will be
sufficiently covered. Everyone will wait in their cars until the storm
passes, there will be no exceptions to this rule. A high score is not worth
someone's life!
