[PARC] VE3PBO Internet Outage

[VE3EMA- Harmen]

Modem has been replaced. AllStar and Echolink should be working 
normally. Please contact Harmen, VE3EMA at ve3pbo.ca if you are 
experiencing any issues with connecting to VE3PBO on Allstar or Echolink.
