[PARC] VE3PBO Internet Outage

[VE3EMA- Harmen]

The COGECO modem has failed and unfortunately, has to be serviced by a 
technician.  We are waiting for the service call.

In the meantime, Internet into VE3PBO is being provided by VE3KPG 
through the 5.9 GHz link. Allstar and Echolink are now fully functional.
