[PARC] Non-Member Survey

Hello All;

I have generated a survey for non members of the club. Who live in our
area. We are greatly interested in what we can do to welcome you to our
organization. So if you are a member of the club please do not fill out the
survey. A future survey will be coming out soon to address your concerns as
well.

The survey is entirely anonymous, please take a few moments to fill it out.
