[PARC] *Corrected* PARC Activities Survey

I have noticed a few entries without callsigns. If you filled out the
previous survey with your callsign your responses have been added to the
new platform.

If you are worried about your responses being shared with the group you
need not be, callsign is only to confirm your membership, details on who
attributed each response will not be shared.

I want to thank some of you who contributed some extra ideas for activities
in the other comment field. Once this survey is closed I will be sending
out another survey to confirm interest in these other ideas. They are quite
interesting.
