Failure to take reasonable direction from a Net Controller during a
directed net is sufficient reason to give someone the boot.

Perhaps you need a repeater control operator on standby and drop whichever
link KI5SSB is coming in via. (This is a Texas call, so maybe EchoLink?)

Progressive response.
1. Warn them
2. Warn them a second time
3. Give ‘em the boot by dropping their link.
