Dear PARC members:
My wife Sandy and I realize that it's too late to book a restaurant for a
Club Christmas dinner, but we would love to have our radio friends come to
our house instead.
We can accommodate quite a few people, but we'll need to have a clear
commitment from those planning to come to help us make the necessary
arrangements.
We'd like it to be a potluck supper. We ask that people tell us what they
want to bring (we can eat only so many pumpkin pies!).
Since it's usually on a Saturday evening, we're staying with that day.
Saturday, December 18 works best for us with arrival around 5 and dinner
around 6.
As you may know, Sandy and I are quite musical so we may get into playing
some Christmas music. All those who are interested in singing carols are
more than welcome to join us after dinner. We find it hard to have a party
without music at some point.
Keeping with provincial Covid regulations we will have to insist that
everyone has been double vaccinated. We will trust that those coming are
complying and won't offend anyone by asking for proof. Masks are
optional. We'll have some hand sanitizer available as well.
Please reply to my email address noted above if you are coming or not.
Thanks,
