Try www.grove-ent.co  <--- In my opinion Grove has the best service,
support and stock.
If you are looking for the best price try www.usascan.com  <--- Shipping
is a little high here.

As for software I would take a look at ARC780 www.butel.nl  <---Price is
very reasonable and support is better than great.  They have a free trial
download that you can also try before you buy.  And you may want to
consider joining the "arc780-software" group and/or the "uniden-bc780"
group at http://groups.yahoo.com

My 2nd choice for software would be from http://www.scanstar.net check
out http://www.scanstar.net/trunkstar780.htm  <--- 15 day FREE trial. 
Kind of expensive but it is okay software.

Stay away from "WinScan" also known as "WinScam" and ScanPro, ScanPro is
not all that bad for the price it is just somewhat limited in what it can
