Southern Baptists of Texas Convention (SBTC) Disaster Relief
Phase 1 Training - Basic Yellow Hat - Saturday, May 19th
The Church at Quail Creek, Amarillo, TX

Our next Phase 1 Basic Yellow Hat Training event will be held
in Amarillo, TX, at The Church at Quail Creek on May 19th.
Registration begins at 8:00 AM.  The training program will
begin at 9:00 AM.  Training will end around 5:00 PM.

Classes will be offered in Communications, Operations,
Feeding, and Cleanup and Recovery (Chainsaw and Mud-out).
Lunch will be provided at no cost by the SBTC Disaster
Relief Feeding Unit.

***ATTENTION VOLUNTEERS***

To volunteer to be trained as an SBTC Disaster Relief
Volunteer, you must:

(1) Be an active member of a Southern Baptist church.
(2) Have a letter of recommendation from the Pastor on
church letterhead for the individual(s) from that church.
(3) Be at least 18 years old.
(4) Be in good health.
(5) Have a servant heart.

completed form with your registration fee to the address
listed on the form.

Please note that all participants will be responsible for
their own lodging and meals.  Lunch will be provided at no
cost by the SBTC DR Feeding Unit.  A complete schedule of
events will be sent with your confirmation.  A list of area
hotels will also be sent.
