update:
Due to concerns from League HQ, the petition sheet has had the wording 
changed slightly. To clarify, the only people who get to see these 
petitions are league officials in the ethics committee and the Section 
Manger if he makes the request.
If you have already signed the old sheet, please take a moment to sign 
the new one. I would hate for a "technicality" to pop up.
