[TWIAR] Query to the list: Southern California Earthquake Drill.

Was any amateur radio club, group, or individual operators asked to
participate in the earthquake drill in Southern California on November 13th?
I am not aware of any that were.  If you were or know of a group that was,
please identify the person/group and which organization made the contact by
replying to the list.

I think that the perceived failure of government agencies to include amateur
radio operators in the drill may be a major blunder.  I'd like to know if it
were an actual oversight.
