[TVI-RFI-EMI] Under New Management

I have assumed management of this reflector. I want to encourage the
exchange of any remotely-related relevant information about this very
important subject. 

I have reset the REPLY TO (receiving address) function from ALL to
SENDER. So, if you want everyone to receive your email, please be
