[TVI-RFI-EMI] Quiet light dimmers?

Lutron, that's the one I replaced my noisy dimmer with!
There just happened to be a Lutron rep in Lowes or Home
Depot the day I was there and he helped me to choose the
best one.

The noise is generally due to a diode effect created when
a too small surface gets worn or collects debris and
cannot move the power cleanly, or could be a switch
about to die that is pitted or cracked ... or so I recall
from what he told me ... should have taken notes!
