Yes sir.
I checked the outside connections and the ground wire from that device to
the ground rod.
I checked all connections inside the house.

And do the other reply, being in a urban area, my little sw receiver finds
noise no matter where I go. I would need slightly more specific equipment to
find the source/leakage points.

And just for the heck of it, I powered one of the tvs via my UPS,
disconnected from the ac line to see and the tvi remained which more or less
discounts ac line pickup doesn't it?
