[TVI-RFI-EMI] I need help here

Why are you stopping at your antenna and feedline?

I would be out there with a handheld SW receiver checking for RFI
out of that Cable line -- odds are either the cable, ComEd or Electric
line is broadcasting garbage due to a failure.
