[TVI-RFI-EMI] I need help here

A little preliminary info.
I live in an urban small lot area. Most have cable TV.
Previous to a sudden onset of tvi, I had no problems.
About a month ago, I suddenly started experiencing SEVERE tvi in my home.
On 40, 30, 20, and 17.
15, 12, 10 seemed clear.

I've checked all my ground connections and find them all solid.
I've checked all my cable connections and can find nothing wrong.

My antennas consist of a Sommer yagi on a crankup, normally about 55 feet.
Just below, about 10 feet hangs the center of a 80 meter inverted vee.

Cool but no wind so I lowered antenna to check for something wrong there.
Nada.

Could find no loose connections, everything look perfect.

Now here is something I did find.
On 20 meters, pointed due west, swr about 1.7 which drops to nothing as the
antenna turns to east. As does the tvi.
Beaming west, high TV wipeout.
Beaming east, barely perceptible tvi.
The odd part is that when beaming to the East, I'm beaming directly down the
ridgeline of my roof and that's when the tvi is the least.
You would think if it's overload, harmonics, ac infiltration, it would be
the opposite.

Now my 80 meter dipole does run east and west.
As does my com ed, telephone, and cable lines to the alley where all lines
are connected and then run north and south.

As this problem appeared basically overnight I have to assume that something
broke.
But I'm just about out of ideas. I've been a ham a while and have read just
about everything about tvi over the years.

I sure need someone with a miracle answer here as I'm pretty much off the
air till I fix this.

and no....I have NOT checked with my neighbors....I think that would be a
bad idea. :-))
But, I haven't had anyone complain either.
