Good info Pete. We wish you and Tom all the best and hope to catch you in several counties on 40M.

FL stations please note: you CAN work other Florida stations. FL counts as QSO points, but not multipliers.

Also, for those collecting wallpaper, work 10 of the special 1x1 stations that spell US BIRTHDAY for a real cool certificate. More info here: https://floridaqsoparty.org/fqp-2026-special-calls/

Hope to work you this weekend.

73,
Rusty - W3US/N4D

The world (well, mostly the US) will be eager to work all of us in Florida on SSB or CW (no FT8) and will crank up the audio and strain to hear us. Just get on the air on 10, 15, 20, or 40 meters (no 80) and call CQ on these frequencies:

You’ll be able to work us (we’ll be on CW only) once in every county from which we transmit. Generally, you may work stations once on each mode, each band, each county.

Since skip will make it difficult to hear us, try and look for us as we start or end the journey in Sumter (SUM), Marion (MAO), and Lake (LAK) counties. When we are farther away it will get more difficult to hear one another.
