[TVARC] WD4JJI SK

Rick was President of what I always call "the best TVARC board ever" back
in 2012. Dave K2DWW (SK) was VP, I was Secretary, and Ralph N8RW was
Treasurer. We had lengthy board meetings at Panera at Sumter Landing. We
even talked a little bit about TVARC!

Rick was a kind and gentle man, dedicated to his family and the hobby.

RIP.
