[TVARC] LOTW Issue

Steve,

I saw the flood of razzies over the delays and shutdown of LOTW a week or
two ago.  I downloaded QSOs last night and everything went fine.  I also
uploaded about 50 QSOs to make sure things were working properly.  Again,
no problem.

I have used DXLab since Dave rolled it out for all my logging and never
have had a problem with it.
