[TVARC] Using WSJT/FT8 for FT8WW

Another hint from the Quad Cities.

He’s running MHSV because he has several contacts at one time like
Fox/Hound but I worked him with WSJT-X. My contact was on 20M and had to
point the beam Long path to hear him.

DXNEWS.com has been updated with his latest data I found helpful.

Double click WSJT-X “TX-1” box to disable sending your gridsquare.

Only transmit when you see him coming back to other people.

Deselect TX even/1st box (the DX will be transmitting on the first)

Don’t call him on his frequency (he’s normally around 500, I got him at
2400)

Make sure your PC clock is accurate.

Oh man, just looked you up on qrz, I thought you were a new HAM and I was
trying to help. You’ve been at this much longer than I.

Good luck es 73
