Hi Ed/K2TE,

I believe some of the answers to your questions can be found in the article in the ARRL NFL eNews that I referenced in my initial posting on this topic.  The article also provides several other references including a Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) document that should provide answers to you questions.

It’s my understanding that you do NOT need to submit your RF exposure evaluation(s) to the FCC.  Instead, you are required to keep them updated (if you station changes in a significant way).  Also, you are required to retain them in your records (file folders) in case the FCC ever asks to see them.

You may want to use the ARRL-provided “Evaluation Worksheets” as a way of creating the records of your station’s RF exposure evaluations.  These workouts are available online (see the reference in the NFL article).
