[TVARC] Problem with WSJT-X v2.5.0 not decoding and logging 3DA0RU

I am having a problem with WSJT-X v2.5.0 not decoding and logging 3DA0RU FT8 contacts. I am using normal mode (not F/H). I have made contacts with 3DA0RU on 4 bands and received RR73 on each, but no luck logging the contact.
The MSHV multiple slot software seems to create a lot of confusion along with 3DA0 being a non-standard call sign. I have successfully worked and logged S90K who was using the MSHV software in multi-slot mode; however, when I worked S90K, I was using WSJT-x v2.3.1. I have thought about re-installing the older version of WSJT-X and trying again. However, 3DA0RU does not allow duplicates and after 4 contacts on 4 different bands, I am running out of bands on which to contact them.
If you have successfully logged contacts with 3DA0RU, please help. (version of WSJT-X? F/H? any suggestions?) There are 2 new DX expeditions from 3DA0 coming up within days, so I would like to get this problem resolved.
Thanks,
Don WB4CKI
The following is a post from the 3DA0RU team in DX World:
"The team work in MSHV at normal fashion, not F/ H, as WSJT does not want to accept our callsign. This was confirmed by the author of the program and could not help. And the absence of the Internet does not allow automatic time synchronization, but team are working on it."
