[TVARC] NAQP CW W3US Single Op LP

Rusty and Bob - Good on ya.
Someone once told me - never assume - but I'm too impatient;  didn't read
the power requirements.
Only worked two hours and I did 53 QSO's - submitted my log as a check-log.
Perhaps it is too late to teach an old dog new tricks.
