As some of you may know, I manage a dx spotting system solely dedicated to The Villages area.
I utilize a Group Messaging system that allows members to send out dx spots if and only if the dx is worked from The Villages area. 
Anybody interested in this network can contact me for additional information. 
There is a new issue and I would like feedback from anyone that can assist. Problem: As administrator, I added a new member. For some reason, they can send a message to the group but they do not receive any messages from other members. From an administrator view, they are officially in the controlled membership. This is a new problem for me. I have been operating this system for several years with no issues.
Any suggestions to the problem would be appreciated. Think about it: able to send text messages to a phone number in their contact list but unable to receive messages from that same number!
Any assistance is appreciated.
