[TVARC] ON4UN is a SK

Like many who have logged John over the yers, we mourn his passing.  I did not have the pleasure of meeting ON4UN in person, but my ears always perked up and a smile crossed my face when Id hear his familiar call.  He was truly a tireless amateur who contributed immensely to our hobby, with particular emphasis on the low bands.  And, yes, we have a few of his QSL cards that will be cherished always.
