[TVARC] Just In from The Villages

 I guess that "Maintenance" and "Upgrades" can have many interpretations when you are a "Administrator" in my "Job" I had a  BIG list!
I just wonder what part of the "Budget" was allocated to the payment of the "Entertainers"
Tu-Jays Filed for Bankruptcy I wonder how many others will be following!
