[TVARC] Just In from The Villages

You are not alone.  A number of folks have wondered why we continued
paying the amenities tax the last two months when nothing was available. 
The Villages responded that the money was going to maintenance and
upgrades.  Such activities are part of the pre-COVID19 process, so why
keep it going if no one is using the facilities?
