[TVARC] FT4 Issues in FD

So, in non-bitspeak, that means don't click the callsign twice to call a
station?  One of the emails from G3WHS regarding the crash problem said
that FT8 uses the AP feature whereas FT4 does not.  The work-around
suggested was to use fast decoding vice deep decoding.  I tried that near
the end of Field Day and it seemed to work.

I guess the FT4 cycle is too short for the program to make an AP guess on
the ensuing decode.
