[TVARC] field day / ft-8 & ssb

John, multi ops is easy in N3FJP with the Operator field, just set it to
whoever is operating the station, with the callsign left to whichever call
is being used for Field Day for all operations, as if it were a club call.
You can log multiple stations on multiple computers vie FJP, connected over
a LAN (Wifi or wired, either way.)

Personally, I prefer N3FJP, though N1MM+ is popular and does the job.
