[TVARC] Flagpole Antenna Advice

I hear you Tom, and it ain’t easy.

For my part, the 17’ whip on the pickup, while highly visible, fits into the “non-permanent” category.  Which, also falls into the “if the neighbors don’t complain category.  In fact while making antenna adjustments Sunday morning, the Villages Watch patrol gave me a friendly wave as he drove by.  The truck (and antenna) were off-site Monday morning.

That said, I long for a permanent solution and have been learning much from our TVARC brethren.
