[TVARC] VP2M

In an unexpected turn of events, *I *actually
worked them on CW!

I thought I had the K3 in the "test" mode where
everything would work but no RF would come
out (good for setting up speech processor, DVR,
keyer etc) but it wasn't, they came back to me
well before I was ready to call them in earnest.
Got them with 19 watts into the flagpole 1st call!

They had a very good signal.
