[TVARC] VP2M

I was able to copy them from Indiana with my QRP rig on 20 and 40m.
Breaking the pileup, has been a different story. The keyer in my FT817ND
isnt working, but the straight key does, tho I truely stink at it. I'll
keep trying when not getting my parents settled in their new digs.
