Is it possible than the solar cycle has bottomed out, and we are on the upswing? Or is it just a temporary bump? During the last four weeks I have had QSOs with the following countries:
Spain (6)
Crete (3, one mobile)
Poland
England
France
Italy (9)
Brazil (2, one mobile)
Slovenia (5)
Canary Islands
Austria 
Portugal
Luxembourg 
Costa Rica
Bulgaria
Slovak Republic
Ukraine
Mexico
Serbia
All were 20M, SSB,  Phone, 500W into my Eagle One vertical whip. Times mostly between 16:00 and 17:30 local. Most signal reports received were 5/9. Most sent were 5/5-5/7 (I think my meter reads a little conservative, either that, or my antenna transmits better than it receives).
