[TVARC] Double Topped Flagpole Antenna

About a year ago I gave a "peer review" presentation on an antenna that was up and running.
That material was about to be submitted to ARRL.
As such I wasn't able to distribute "hard copy" on it because it's "official debut" needed to be by ARRL. 
Totally understandable.
As of today it's in print in the on-line June issue of QST published on-line by ARRL, so I can now provide more detail.
On my website www.w1ejm.com you will find it identified as 2018  NEW > Double Topped Flagpole Antenna
That material is the most current and has more info than could fit in the available QST space. It also explains work completed since the submission for publishing, including the current state of development testing for 160 Meter operation at 100 Watts.
The text also links to the 2018 Antenna Competition Manuscript which contains the full set of info presented at "peer review".
