[TVARC] Updated Noise Measurements

For the record.
Noise levels in Sunset Pointe.
20M - float S0 across the band at 1450 today. No noticeable differences across the band.
20M - flat S1-S2 across the band with Rx preamps on. No noticeable differences across the band.

And, before anyone asks, measurements were taken with a vertical antenna - connected!!
