[TVARC] Noise Levels: Dunedin Neighborhod

You may not have a pool, but your neighbor
does!

Does anyone have a name at SECO and a
phone number to call? Sometimes when I
have called SECO, the expected wait time
to talk to someone is half hour or better.
I would like to talk to someone who knows
something about the noise issue.
