Frank,

My advice would be to use those frequencies you see spotted now.  They
are in a state of flux depending on whose net or favorite watering hole
gets stepped on.  Once all the hens get done spamming and quiet down, the
dust should settle.  Since FT4 is touted as a "contest" WSJT mode, useage
should be infrequent until FTx digital contests evolve.

As you can tell, I've never been a fan of whining in lieu of get over it
and move forward.
