[TVARC] FT4 Frequencies

Here's the link I used to set up FT4.  The freqs in WSJT-X for FT4 are the same ones my radio goes to when I switch via CAT.

For me, there is some confusion re the ‘proper’ frequencies for FT4 operation.
The online FT4 manual from WSJT-X differs from the actual frequencies in use, at least on 40 and 20M.
Does anyone know of a source of FT4 frequencies other than WSJT-X??
