Sounds like the grounds for forming an Dxpedition
to Brownwood. But when you think about it, 4U1ITU
is considered a separate country. Scarborough Reef
is considered a separate country (thats a reach) and
the UK bases on Cypress for some reason, constitute
as separate DXCC entity.

Oh well, from a dxer's point of view,  work 'em, log 'em
and argue about 'em later...
