[TVARC] REMINDER: 2019 National Hurricane Conference: Amateur Radio Workshop LIVE on 23 April 2019

Today's (23 April 2019) ham radio sessions from the 2019 National Hurricane
Conference are being streamed live at http://www.nsradio.org/stream/.  They
just broke for lunch (12:40-14:00 EDT).  They plan to resume at 13:00
CDT/14:00 EDT.

Their published schedule got revised this morning when the director of the
NHC could not make his time slot; so his presentation will start right
after the lunch break at 14:00 EDT/13:00 CDT.

The conference is in New Orleans; so, they are using Central Daylight Time
(CDT).
