[TVARC] QSLing via OQRS & ClubLog

Is anyone familiar with the use of OQRS & ClubLog in requesting QSl cards form DX contacts?  I have a new country for which I want to get a QsL card but the DX station QSL requests must go through a QSL manager.  On the managers QRZ page he explains several ways to get the card but states the cheapest and fastest way is via OQRS.  I have played around the site but have not been successful in my endeavors.
