[TVARC] Antenna on eBay

I just saw a used Hustler 5BTV vertical (80-40-20-15-10, no WARC bands) on eBay. The auction ends at 5:25 pm today. The current bid is at $157.50 + $35 shipping. All except the bottom foot, or so, will fit inside a PVC tube, to look like a flagpole. This antenna requires radials, the more, the better. But it does not need a base-mounted tuner. It is being sold from Sun City Center, about 2 hours south of TV, might be able to pick it up, avoiding shipping costs?
