[TVARC] FT8 during ARRL Field Day

It is no secret that FT8 has mushroomed to fill up the nominal 3 kHz
bandwidth set up by gentlemen's agreement.  The segments above the FT8
window that used to be filled with JT65 and JT9 signals are all but
deserted.  Time to expand the FT8 window further up and work out who uses
what, e.g., a DX window?  Domestic window (for grid square chase)?
Contest window?  Others?
