[TVARC] QST cover pages

I am looking for (hopefully) digital copies of the July 1949 and June 1962
cover pages (only thr cover
pages, not the entire issue).
I thought the ARRL had dvd's going back then, but I cannot find any
information on arrl.org.
Any one have these old issues (one or both) or an old cd/dvd from arrl?
