I didn't know if I'd be able to work any Asians from here, but if you pick
the right times/bands, and work a bit for 'em, it apparently can be done.

40 meters early in the morning and 20 late night and early morning proved
productive.  Worked a bunch of Asiatic Russians, some Japanese, and one
Kazakhstan and one Cyprus station.

Aside from the distance, the exchange is interesting in that we send 599 and
our age.  Nearly all the Americans I heard in there were in their 60s, and
70s, and even a couple of octogenarians.  The JAs were in their 50s and 60s,
and the Russians the youngest, at 40s and 50s.  Now why would this be?
