[TVARC] RF problems on villagers TV

Hi All,
	I received a call last evening from a gentleman living in the Village of Mallory on Ward Court. He is experiencing interference on his TV that cause flashes on the screen that have the characteristics of Morse Code. The interference occurs most evenings around 8 PM, although last night (Sunday June 10th) they occurred from 6 to 7:30 PM. He is a former HAM but cannot copy the “flashes”.
	If you live near Mallory and transmit code in the evening would you contact John Goldsworthy at masapholies at yahoo.com <mailto:masapholies at yahoo.com>  and resolve the problem. 
	Please let me know the resolution.
