[TVARC] WJST-X: Just How Much Bandwidth is Being Decoded?

The only way I know of to get around he 2.8 filter
is to go to split operation on the K3 and set the B VFO
about 2KHz above the A VFO. Then if you have your
TX frequency at 1700Hz, in the split mode, you will
be doing 3700Hz.
