[TVARC] ARRL News: Wisconsin FT8 Enthusiast Completes DXCC on New Mode

In case you didn't read this already in the ARRL e-news and in case you
need to make some digital mode (FT8) New Year's resolutions, how about this
ham radio operator (WB9MSM) that earned his DXCC Award (104 countries) in
